My Story

I was introduced to positive self-talk in 2021 during the height of the Covid Pandemic. I thought it was silly at first but over a short period of time I could tell a difference in the way I was treating myself. I have written my own encouraging self-talk that I read to myself while I drink my coffee, in the bath, waiting in line, when I feel anxious or am having a bad day. Fast forward to now and I am not so hard on myself as I once was, I am more graceful, I feel happier and my anxiety has lessened.

Taking a bath as a part of self care has so many benefits as I have learned through personal experience. Taking a bath relaxes me, boosts my mood because I feel so refreshed after the bath, and it helps me sleep better if I take one before bed. I like to read during my bath so incorporating an encouraging message in a bottle for you to read during your bath brought me so much excitement I couldn’t help but to share this 'relaxation with inspiration' with the world.
